Share a Worker
Learn how to give teammates access to a Worker so they can connect it to Custom Agents or help manage it.
By default, only the person who created a Worker can edit it or add it as a connection. Share a Worker so teammates can connect it to a Custom Agent or help manage it.
Available on Business and Enterprise plans.
When you share a Worker, you can choose one of two permission levels:
Can Connect: Connect the Worker to Custom Agents and view basic details.
Full Access: Connect, edit, redeploy, and manage the Worker.
Turn on Developer Mode from
Settings, then open Workers from the developer section in your sidebar.Open the Worker you want to share.
Click
Shareand search for the person you want to add.Choose a permission level, then click
Send invite.
They’ll get a notification and can connect the Worker to Custom Agents. With full access, they can also manage syncs and webhooks.
No group sharing. You can only share with individual people, not Notion groups or teams.
Workers without an owner. If the person who created a Worker leaves your workspace, the Worker may lose its connection. If this happens, contact a workspace admin to delete the Worker.
